Bethanne Winzeler is the Assistant Director of Course Quality with Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications (DELTA) at NC State. She provides leadership for the Course Quality Program and instructional design for course production projects, instructional tools, and resources for DELTA Grants. Bethanne partners with other DELTA colleagues, faculty, and other members across the UNC System in researching, designing, developing, and evaluating innovative and pedagogically sound solutions to instructional challenges.

Bethanne started working for DELTA in 2014. She previously taught science at a middle school for 6 years, and then served as an Instructional Technologist and Coordinator for the Center for Teaching Excellence at Cape Fear Community College. Bethanne has a Bachelor of Arts in Parks and Recreation Natural Resource Management, a Teaching Licensure for Middle Grades 6-8, and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from University of North Carolina Wilmington.
