DELTA Video Communication Services

Welcome to Video Communication Services

Video Communication Services provides an appropriate array of facilities and services to help North Carolina State faculty incorporate video technology into their teaching, research, and extension activities. We produce and deliver distance education courses from NC State’s media-rich classrooms, and provide video production services and broadcast infrastructure for university- and state-affiliated organizations.

Scheduling and Fees

VCS offers services from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. Distance education courses have first priority for facilities. Other academic courses have second priority. After those requests are met, VCS will book university-sponsored events and meetings, giving priority to interactive activities that require media-rich facilities.
