WolfWare Google Groups creates a set of Google Groups linked to a WolfWare space that can be used by instructors to communicate with a class. For each space, a support Google Group can be set up that serves as a channel for students to request help from instructors and support staff. Multiple Google Groups can be configured within a single space, and class rosters are updated automatically when changes (adds and drops) occur.
WolfWare Google Groups also allows you to share Google Calendar events and online documents from Google Drive. Some examples of how WolfWare Google Groups can be incorporated into a class include:
- Instructor/support staff can send messages to groups via Google Groups web interface and email.
- Students can only send messages to the support group via email.
- Send calendar invitations to a group.
- Share content with a group (Google documents).
