Assistant Director, Learning Technology Support
Bio
Grace Hatterschide joined DELTA in August 2023 as the Assistant Director of Learning Technology Support. In her current role, Grace coordinates the Learning Technology Support team (LearnTech) as they assist faculty in effectively incorporating digital tools and resources into courses across NC State. Grace is endlessly curious about how technologies can be leveraged to support community-building, faculty development, and student success.
Grace held several learning technology support roles prior to joining DELTA. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Director of Instructional Technical Services at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. While at Drexel, Grace earned her Master of Science in Learning Technologies from the School of Education. Her capstone research centered on student community-building through mobile instant messaging technologies. Grace is also a graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned her B.A. in English Language and Literature.
In her free time, Grace enjoys long-distance running, rock climbing, and spending time with her husband, Joshua, and their hound dog, Fable.
