People: Brandon Pope

Biographical Info

Brandon Pope, Learning Spaces Services Manager, joined DELTA in 2017 as a Classroom Support Technician where he provided audiovisual, videoconferencing, and classroom-capture support for classrooms and studios.

In 2018, Brandon transitioned from Classroom Services to the DELTA-Engineering team, where he supported infrastructure for media-rich classrooms and meeting spaces. During his time with DELTA Engineering, Brandon participated in the enterprise roll-out of Panopto for content management, Zoom Rooms implementation in DELTA classrooms and meeting spaces, and the overhaul of DELTA’s Central Control Room in which aging infrastructure was replaced with AV-Over-IP technology for increased classroom support capabilities.

As an educator, Brandon was a teacher with NC Public Schools from 2004-2010 and remains active in performing arts education across the state of NC. His role at DELTA allows him to put his passion for teaching and learning, along with his fascination with evolving technology into practice on a daily basis.
