Daniel Davis, the Director, Instructional Design and Development within DELTA, provides leadership for the team responsible for designing innovative and effective courses and instructional tools. The Instructional Design team additionally leads and manages instructional production programs and projects, consult with faculty and staff on the design and evaluation of courses and instructional programs, and collaborates with various technology units and other NC State support units to advance instructional design knowledge and practice. He facilitates and organizes the annual DELTA Grants program, a competitive proposal system offered to all faculty across campus. An instructional professional with more than 20 years of education and instructional experience, Daniel has assisted in the design of courses and programmatic competencies across many universities including Gonzaga, University of San Francisco, Wheeling Jesuit, and Fordham.
