Bio

Ying-Hsiu Liu is an instructional designer at DELTA, specializing in instructional design and learning technology integration. She collaborates closely with faculty and DELTA teams to design courses, incorporating innovative technology to enhance learning. Her interests include designing active learning experiences and strategies to promote students’ critical thinking.

Ying-Hsiu’s research interests include:

Before joining NC State, Ying-Hsiu worked as an instructional designer at various higher education institutions, including Pennsylvania State University, the University of Illinois, and the University of Missouri. She has extensive experience working with faculty, with a primary focus on course design, development, and faculty professional development.
