DELTA VR Featured in New Media Consortium Horizon Report

The New Media Consortium (NMC) and EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (ELI) jointly release the NMC Horizon Report: 2016 Higher Education Edition which highlights NC State Virtual Reality efforts (page 41). Excerpt from the report: “Using 360º Spherical Video as a Teaching Tool: Educators, researchers, and design teams at North Carolina State University are using interactive 360º video capture and virtual reality technologies such as Google Cardboard to better support lab-based and field-based instruction in online learning environments.”
