Teaching Associate Professor Angie Smith has taught online since completing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education in the Department of Educational Leadership, Policy and Human Development in NC State’s College of Education.
A Work in Progress: Animal Nutrition for Companion Pets
DELTA worked with Teaching Assistant Professor Kimberly Ange-van Heugten on a Distance Education Course Grant to create a new course focused on animal nutrition for canines and felines. Students will use the various deliverables from DELTA to create a simulation of a specialized cat or dog food for their final project.
