Outages/Maintenance
The computers that provide LMS services (Vista, WolfWare, Elluminate, Moodle Pilot) require periodic maintenance to perform optimally. Therefore, maintenance windows are scheduled throughout the year. During this time, support staff can install software such as new tools, hotfixes and patches. Conducting regular server maintenance is critical to our ability to provide stable, reliable LMS services to NC State faculty and students.

LMS Maintenance Schedule
The standard maintenance window lasts from 6am - 3pm.
