DELTA staff worked with Cris Crissman to create a Distance Education (DE) version of ECI 521: Teaching Literature for Young Adults. This is a graduate-level course directed to middle-school teachers and MAT graduate students. In this course students explore the realities of teen life, literature, literacy and learning in the 21st century. They do this through a partnership with an award-winning teen book club and by learning to integrate Web 2.0 and Web 3D technologies to engage and inspire students and themselves. This project was funding through an IDEA Grant.
