Looking for ways you can help the testing process go smoothly? Use the following tools to ensure the best service is provided for your course.
Our staff compiled a list of recommendations and tips to help you plan testing in your course.
Disability Services and Distance Education
In a partnership with the Disability Services Office (DSO), DELTA Testing Services administers accommodated testing for Online and Distance Education classes. DELTA Testing Services is equipped to meet all testing accommodations in compliance with DSO.
Our office does not automatically receive accommodation letters from DSO. Faculty, it is the student’s responsibility to provide their accommodation letter to DELTA before their first exam. Please remind students to forward their accommodation letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submitting Course Information
In order for DELTA Testing Services to proctor for your course, faculty must submit course information once a semester. The deadline is the fifth day of classes.
Verify Course Information
Want to check the status of your course information? Need to make updates? Please do not submit additional course information. Instead, email email@example.com and our staff will update your previous submission.
If you are making an exception, such as allowing a student to take an exam early or late, please use the extension form, which requires the student’s Unity ID. This is the combination of letters and numbers at the beginning of an individual’s NC State email address.
Want metrics about local testing for your course? Need to see who took the exam? When? Where? Use the DELTA Testing Services Faculty Report. The tool will show if students have requested a remote proctor through DELTA Testing Services.
