Seeking Applications for DELTA’s Course Quality Program

The Online Course Improvement Program (OCIP) and the Quality Matters Essentials Standards Program (QMESP) are two professional development opportunities for faculty to improve their online or blended courses based on Quality Matters standards. Apply by Nov. 8.

DELTA Expands Online Course Quality Efforts

With the new Course Quality Program at NC State, faculty members have multiple pathways to choose from to improve their online courses with the guidance and support from instructional designers and technologists at DELTA. New Cohort of Faculty Dedicated to Online Course Improvement

A new Online Course Improvement Program (OCIP) faculty cohort will work to make improvements to their online courses to meet the nationally recognized standards of the Quality Matters organization. In its fourth cohort, OCIP is a testament to NC State’s commitment to providing quality teaching and learning.

New Round of Quality Matters-Certified Courses

Congratulations to our second group of faculty for confirming their commitment to online course quality. In one short year, NC State has added 12 Quality Matters-certified courses to its curriculum through the Online Course Improvement Program.

Confirming Commitment to Online Course Quality through Quality Matters

The Online Course Improvement Program (OCIP) has a new cohort of faculty who will work to make improvements to their online courses to meet the nationally recognized standards of the Quality Matters organization. First in Quality Matters at NC State

Seven faculty members recently became the first at NC State to have online courses certified by the nationally recognized Quality Matters organization. This prestigious achievement proves NC State’s commitment to quality online teaching and learning and the success of every student.

OCIP Creates Culture of Quality Assurance

The Online Course Improvement Program (OCIP) pilot began in January 2018 to help a group of dedicated faculty members restructure their online courses to meet the nationally recognized standards of Quality Matters. The group will have the first online courses certified for quality at NC State.
