DELTA Testing Services Adapts to Change
DELTA Testing Services quickly and efficiently adapted to an unprecedented demand for testing in FY 2018-2019. An appointment-only exam system was implemented to eliminate wait times during high-volume periods such as a final exams. Internal Training Service Creates New Opportunities
WolfWare Internal Training and Development launched in 2017 to support departments, faculty and staff in developing and maintaining online, non-credit, no-fee courses and trainings using a project space in WolfWare. In FY 18-19, the team worked with 11 departments and divisions on campus to create a variety of trainings, courses and projects.
