In less than a month, NC State faculty, staff and graduate students will once again have the opportunity to take part in DELTA’s Summer Workshops. From navigating Moodle 4.0 to learning about Top Hat, Jamboard, Gradescope and more, participants have the opportunity to partake in online or hybrid workshops to boost their knowledge inside and outside the classroom.

Across the 24 workshops offered this summer, almost half of them are on maneuvering Moodle 4.0. Alternately, participants can choose to learn more about Open Lab, PlayPosit, Gradescope, Jamboard, Top Hat and Turnitin. The remaining workshops involve interpersonal classroom skills, such as student engagement and the application of universal design principles to teaching.

Although the bulk of this summer’s workshops are online, there are a few hybrid options. All details are available on NC State’s REPORTER website. In addition to the Moodle 4.0 workshops, DELTA will be hosting a number of 30-minute sessions between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. throughout the summer.

Furthermore, Moodle Bootcamp and Summer Shorts 2022 will be held Aug. 15-19 with virtual and in-person options for graduate students, faculty and staff to learn more about NC State’s online learning technologies.
