Kick off the fall semester with a DELTA workshop

We have a variety of training opportunities lined up for you to learn the tools, techniques and strategies needed to effectively teach in the online and/or hybrid learning environment.

We’ll cover academic learning technologies such as Moodle, Zoom, Top Hat, PlayPosit and My Mediasite as well as tips and tricks for using those tools to increase engagement, enhance student success and create a welcoming online environment.

DELTA workshops are free and open to faculty, staff and graduate teaching assistants. All workshops will be held online throughout the fall semester.

New This Fall

We’ve tailored our workshops to provide instructors with the most pertinent resources for using technology more heavily than in the past due to COVID-19 and the switch to more online and hybrid offerings.

Faculty Meetups

Together with the Office of Faculty Development and the NC State University Libraries, faculty and graduate teaching assistants are invited to join us virtually for group discussions held every Thursday from 12-1 p.m. via Zoom. Bring your questions and ideas to share with colleagues about teaching in challenging and uncertain times.
