Here is your latest WolfWare news, compiled to help you make the most effective use of WolfWare for both continuity and getting ready for summer and fall.

Remote Teaching

The go.ncsu.edu/keepteaching is a great resource to help you teach remotely for the remainder of the semester. DELTA LearnTech Youtube Channel: There are a number of short and helpful videos to help you with our learning technologies. In particular, View the Getting Your Course Online Quickly playlist.

Zoom Security and Privacy: There have been a number of concerns in our community about the access, security and privacy of using Zoom on campus.

Requesting a WolfWare/Moodle Course Space: The new Moodle 3.8 server for summer and fall 2020 classes is now available if you want to get started on your summer or fall spaces. Check out the Moodle 3.8 article and video playlist from Moodle for more info. 

Adding Your TA to Moodle

Assessment Suggestions: There are a number of suggestions on the DELTA Testing Services site. Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor are installed in Moodle.

Giving Students Additional Time for Moodle Quizzes: You can create a user override to give a student extra time on an exam when an accommodation is needed.

Faculty Workshops: DELTA regularly offers workshops on WolfWare technologies, including Moodle, Mediasite, and Zoom, in addition to other teaching with technology topics. Check out our workshop schedule and register for sessions.
