DELTA-Con: Taking Technology Integration to the Next Level
Friday, May 3, 2019, 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Center for Technology and Innovation, NC State’s Centennial Campus

Our annual unconference, DELTA-Con, is now a standalone event! For the third year, we’re hosting NC State instructors and staff and higher education professionals from around the area for a day focused on teaching with technology.

Engage with your colleagues in this discussion-driven day where participants determine the agenda. DELTA-Con is the perfect place to discuss issues and best practices surrounding technology in higher education.

You’ll have an opportunity to share your ideas, receive feedback for improving classroom interactions, and engage in rewarding conversations.

We are excited to host this professional development and networking opportunity for NC State faculty, staff and graduate students along with higher education instructors and staff from the area.

How does DELTA-Con work?

When you arrive we will start building the “big board” with everyone’s ideas and start arranging locations and times. After our schedule is built, it will be published online and DELTA-Con can officially start.

Possible Topics:

  • What is working well in technology integration?
  • How do you engage students when everyone has a device?
  • Using mobile technology.
  • Flipping a class or an entire semester.
  • Innovative uses of Moodle.
  • Building community online.
