Online Statistics Graduate Correlates Academic and Professional Success

Chelsea Ross's December commencement marks the completion of her Master of Statistics degree from NC State Online. She has directly applied her coursework to her position as a full-time data scientist, enhancing success in both areas.

Originally from Long Beach, Calif., Sean Guerrero chose to enroll in the Leadership in the Public Sector online degree-completion program since it allowed him the flexibility he needed while traveling for his full-time job.

An Online Graduate’s Story of Applying Knowledge to Industry

Lonny Carter, a product manager at Bob Barker Company, will graduate this December with a Master of Textiles degree completed entirely online at NC State. The skills and knowledge she's gained from the program have already begun making an impact in her career.

Highlights from the First MoodleMoot Global Event

WolfWare Coordinator Marty Dulberg presented at the MoodleMoot Global and attended the Open EdTech conference both held the week of Nov. 18 in Barcelona, Spain. Dulberg gathered key takeaways from the conferences as well as a few insights into the future of open educational technology.
