DELTA launched a newly redesigned website, focused on helping you learn about our services more easily, get help faster and learn more about our work with university departments, faculty and courses.
The service-oriented navigation guides our key audience, NC State faculty and staff, to DELTA’s service areas, where they can explore details and contact information about each service. While much of the functionality and content is familiar, we have added significant new features, described below.
One goal in the website redesign was to help you get help. The streamlined Get Help section points you in the right direction to solve your problems or get the help you need, whether through our Knowledge Base of online resources or by helping you reach a consultant at our LearnTech help desk. We also implemented a Get Help button on every page of the site so that you are never far away from our help resources.
Explore the Portfolio
A new Portfolio highlights DELTA’s involvement on specific projects across the university and demonstrates our work in our key service areas. You can read about how our staff has developed an interactive virtual compound microscope, designed a collaborative all-digital classroom in Poe Hall, and provided assistance in launching the MBA Online program. Browse the Portfolio to learn more about the ways DELTA is helping faculty improve student success at NC State.
