Support for Elluminate Live!

Elluminate Support Center - The support center provided by Elluminate has many helpful resources and services:

  • Knowledge Base - presented in a question and answer format.
  • Elluminate Customer Care Line - 866-388-8674, option 2. Phone support technicians available 24/7 to help with general questions about using Elluminate. Students may also use this resource.
  • Live Chat - Linked under the "Request Support" tab, Live Chat is another good resource for students.
