Problem: I have a suggestion for an improvement to the way Vista looks and works. Solution: Sometimes you may find something you do not like in Vista. Maybe it's the way a page displays content, maybe it's the way a process works. Sometimes you have an idea for how the product can be better or easier to use. Because Blackboard Vista is a third party product, we here at NCSU do not have any way of changing the product itself. However, Blackboard does provide a mechanism for accepting your suggestions. In general you should contact us at learntech@ncsu.edu, or (919) 513-7094, to let us know about the problem, as there may be something we can do to help locally. However, if the problem goes beyond what we can do, you can also use Blackboard's "Product Enhancement" form to submit feedback directly to Blackboard. Blackboard monitors these entries and uses this feedback as a primary method of creating newer versions.
