What are some things that DELTA looks for in an IDEA grant proposal?

Return to FAQs

Solution Summary:

Serve the needs of significant numbers of DE students residing in state and consistent with departmental/college initiatives

Full Solution:

Question: What are some things that DELTA looks for in an IDEA grant proposal? Answer: DELTA especially encourages projects that serve the distance education needs of significant numbers of potential students residing in North Carolina and that are consistent with departmental and college initiatives. DELTA also encourages projects that yield materials which can be used in on-campus courses or extension activities in addition to their intended DE usage. All projects should strategically use DELTA personnel and resources, have wide applicability, and be sustainable over time.
