Darren is a 1987 NC State alumnus, with a BA in Communications. His career began as a TV news videographer at WPTF-TV28 (now UPN28), and also working in master control and studio operations for Raleigh's Community Television. In 1993, Darren returned to NC State as a Production Assistant for video-based engineering courses, and has been a Producer/Director in DELTA since 2001.
