Technology Services and Integration

Technical Systems and Integration (TSI) works with both university-level learning management systems and within DELTA

At the university level

• Manages technical services and integrations in support of NC State's learning management systems, including the development of documentation and usage/outage reports
• Collaborates with other technology and support units of NC State to ensure coordinated support for the university's educational technology systems and initiatives
• Designs and develops customized software in support of teaching and learning with technology, working with customers to develop requirements
• Designs databases and schemas for technology development projects and production systems

For DELTA

Coordinates development services and support for those services with other units in DELTA to assist their functions and standardize development approach
