Distance Education Unit

Distance Education at NC State offers a wide variety of courses and programs to meet the needs of a diverse group of students. The website contains listings of programs and courses in a number of subject areas available through Distance Education. These courses are open to anyone who has met the prerequisites and/or restrictions.

Educational Technology Services

Technology and services to support teaching and learning at the university, and to support DELTA. This department includes Media Distribution Services (MDS), Video Communication Services (VCS) and Technology Services and Integration (TSI)

Instructional Support Services

DELTA Instructional Services supports teaching and learning with technology at NC State by providing professional development opportunities for instructional faculty and staff, web-based production assistance for distance education and web-enhanced courses, and resources in pedagogy, learning tools and technologies.

Marketing & Partnership Development

DELTA Strategic Initiatives & Partnership Development provides leadership and vision for University strategic initiatives and partnerships for distance education and learning technologies. The Office is responsible for building and supporting collaborative initiatives among all colleges and units on campus, other University of North Carolina institutions, and with other key partners.
