Biographical Info
Dr. Martin S. Dulberg is the Senior Coordinator for Learning Technologies (LT) and the Chair of the WolfWare Steering Committee in Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications (DELTA) at North Carolina State University. Martin is responsible for the coordination of the LT governance structure, policy decisions and working with staff to coordinate tactical changes and implementation details for the technologies DELTA makes available to our campus. Martin has experience teaching both conventional and online classes as well as directing a distance education program for the Engineering Online group at NC State University. Martin holds a BA in Computer Science (Queens College, City University of New York) as well as a Masters and Ph.D. in Computer Science (North Carolina State University).
